Resolved Question: Is Bellingham, Washington a good place to live?

Such as stuff to do, I don't go out much but when I get the feeling I'd like to it'd be nice to know there's stuff to do. Also, is there much snowfall there, I'm assuming yes but what do I know, Like are the winters harsh or moderate, Like am I gonna have to shovel 2 ft of snow off my driveway everyday or maybe just once in a while?
